On September 1st 2022, a management buyout team successfully completed the transfer of shares for Triangle Information Management Limited.
Ownership has now passed from Chris Lewis, who founded and has run the Company since 2008, to Jason Latham and Chris Burton.
Jason Latham has worked with Chris Lewis since 2009, initially as a Business Analytics Consultant and in 2015 he took on the role of Professional Services Manager to oversee the Consultancy and Support Services division of the company. In recent years Chris has entrusted more responsibility to Jason allowing for a smooth progression to his new role as Managing Director.
Chris Burton has been working for Triangle since 2020 as Finance Controller, taking on the responsibility from Chris Lewis to oversee the financial, admin and compliance aspects of the business. Chris Burton has now assumed the role as Finance Director.
The buy out has enabled Chris Lewis to take on a part time role as Executive Consultant who will continue together with Jason, Chris and the other members of the senior management team to ensure leadership and business continuity. It is envisaged Chris will eventually retire at the end of 2023.
